Salfars for ecommerce teams

AI campaign planning for ecommerce teams

Turn an ecommerce brief into a campaign plan to review: objectives, budget assumptions, creative angles, measurement, and launch checks.

For D2C founders preparing a product launch or a small paid-media test. Make the assumptions explicit before committing money or requesting account changes.

Start free

Create an account, complete setup, and check the features available to your workspace. Connecting an account requires its own authorization.

Before you start

  • A product brief, audience, market, price, total test budget, and campaign duration.
  • Your margins, conversion target, and any historical results you can legitimately use. A target CPA is a planning input, not a prediction.
  • A Salfars account. A written brief can be prepared without changing an advertising account; execution requires supported connections and permissions.

The workflow

  1. 1. Give the agent a bounded brief

Name the advertising platform and request a draft only. Specify whether the agent may read connected data. State the total budget and test duration separately.

  2. 2. Review assumptions and allocation

Check that allocations sum to your budget. Ask why each channel, audience, and creative angle belongs in the test. Separate supplied facts from assumptions.

  3. 3. Make a launch decision

Review the destination, offer, tracking, account, and budget. A written plan is not a campaign in an ad account, and approving text is not proof of publication.

A worked example

Illustrative planning brief — fictional store and budget

Cedar Trail sells a $60 daypack in the US. Draft a Meta-only test using $1,000 over 14 days, a $20 target CPA, and no historical performance data. Do not access accounts or publish.

  • Budget arithmetic: $1,000 ÷ 14 is about $71.43 per day; check the final total rather than rounding every day upward.
  • At a $20 CPA, 50 purchases would use the budget. This is a target scenario, not an expected outcome.
  • Before launch: confirm margin after fulfillment, inventory, purchase-event tracking, landing-page readiness, and the exact authorized account.

Inside the product: a reviewed example

In a live product demonstration, Salfars asked which platform to use and then produced a Meta-only written plan. The first response introduced unsupported product attributes and benchmark assumptions; a follow-up requested their removal. The demonstration verifies drafting and review, not launch or campaign performance. A saved-context outage notice also appeared.

Availability and limits

  • Planning does not establish that a proposed audience is available or eligible in the provider account.
  • A written response is not evidence that launch, recurring optimization, or budget changes work.
  • No historical data means no defensible performance forecast.
